Not business friendly for us.
If you need to see what ticket times were purchased you have to click too many times. Also on the ticket faceplate it only shows purchases in order of the purchase. Not the date and times the ticket is valid. We will use a different site for our business next year
Works well
Nice and simple with all the info you need

Easy and intuitive 👍 fee structure is equitable and not misleading.
Incredibly Easy for Volunteers at the Door
I hardly ever write app reviews but this solution is amazing. My wife and I have two kids in children’s theatre and have volunteered many times to check people in and sell tickets for performances. They have a Friday night, a Saturday matinee and evening performance, and a matinee on Sunday each time.
In the past we’ve had a credit card processor and a cash drawer and pieces of paper (brown paper tickets was one of them) for those who bought in advance. Some people get complimentary tickets for being big donors or volunteers. Pretty complex and lots of pressure with lines that grow especially right before showtime.
With SimpleTix they had an iPad with a Bluetooth square reader already “connected.” It had a chip reader and tap to pay as well is a slider. So easy for my wife. I installed the app on my iPhone and the theatre bookkeeper logged me in.
As people arrived, most had pre purchased tickets and usually the had either the email or had printed it. I’d just scan their QR code with the app and swipe right to check them in. If they were even slightly flustered I’d just ask their last name look them up instantly and swipe in however many needed. I would put a promo code in for comps and volunteers. The app tracked available seats as the fire Marshall had given a strict maximum. All automatic tracking. It was fantastic! I am an IT Guy and am not easily impressed. WOW, JUST WOW. Have told several friends about it this week already.

Hopeless app. Said I needed to click a Special Link, sent to me via email. Tried multiple times, never received the link. Waste of time
Perfect Fit
After exploring several ticketing options, the SimpleTix platform and the SimpleTix Organizer App ended up being the best solution for us. We love how it’s so easy to use but at the same time meets all of our needs. The app allows you to scan visitor’s QR code’s and updates the attendance list automatically which makes our process so much more seamless. Definitely recommend!

Great app!
We have used several ticketing platforms over the years and this is the best one we have used.
Christmas Lights Festival
The Box Office App helped us so much at this year’s Christmas Lights Festival. We were able to get more cars through the line faster by scanning their tickets. The SimpleTix support team was very involved in the setup and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. We will be returning next year....

Great app for fundraisers
SimpleTix made our fundraiser event registration and attendee check-in really smooth. Will use again.
Used SimpleTix for our beer festival
The Zillicoah Beer Festival used the SimpleTix Box Office and had great results. Fast ticket scanning and on-sites went smooth too!
Works great with the Honeywell scanner
We used this app to scan tickets at our event in Asheville last night. This app works well with the Honeywell laser scanner which allowed us to quickly scan paper and digital tickets.
Best ticketing system around
SimpleTix has the best customer service of any ticketing service I have used - I have tried most ticketing services around. They are lightning fast when you have questions and their app works great. They integrate with square so you get you money next day and their fees are one the lowest. Highly recommend them.

Love the attendee list
Having the attendee list in my pocket was a huge time saver for me.
Works great for our venue
We have been using the box office app in the front of the house at our comedy show here in Myrtle Beach. It works really well for us. We sell tickets using this app with our Square credit card reader. We like the ability to see the attendee list per show time as we are a paperless venue.
Worth half a star
I’m confused by this app. I understand it’s for the person selling the tickets. But the Apple wallet shows listed. I bought a ticket for a concert. I cannot add the ticket I bought through this app to my Apple wallet for storage until the day of the event. This is very frustrating. Instead, I have to save the email and pray 2 months from now I can find the email that has the ticket for when I need it. I’m glad the seller has an option to sell tickets. But after a client buys the ticket. It should be allowed to save that ticket in the Apple wallet. This is 2019. Not 2009. Therefore, because it offers an option to print out the ticket only. And then there’s an option to click the link to a webpage to view the ticket. And lastly a text that comes to your phone to click on a link to take you back to a webpage. This app gets 1 star from me. I don’t understand how storing a ticket can be so difficult. I could name drop another company that allows you to utilize the Apple wallet, but I will not. This needs to be customer friendly as well.
