I’m disappointed
This is sad to me. Bass guitar isn’t even compatible. In another guitar app, I could play along and just play the bass part. On this, I HAVE to play electric guitar cords in order to play other songs. I couldn’t even get past the lessons. I would love it if I could play, but it just won’t work.

I got to the third lesson “your first song” and it is making me get premium to continue
I learnt right away!
I had a guitar from school so I wanted to impress my teacher so i downloaded this and he was very impressed. Would recommend for beginners like me.

doesn’t pick up strings
I’m intermediate knowing a fair bit of chords already, more-so wanted to use the app to learn tabs. The sensitivity on the mic needs to be raised so much. It doesn’t pick up anything unless i’m willing to break my strings. Moreover if I use headphones like it recommends, my headphones will be the mic the app uses. Usually you can change your input by swiping down to change the input device to phone or headphones in the control center but the mic deactivates when you open your control center so it won’t allow you. It genuinely functions poorly and seems like such a big oversight.

Getting back into it!
Super easy to follow and a great refresher for guitarists trying to get back into the groove!
Good but not great
Good app but unlike the piano version or Yousician, really struggles to work with digital interfaces on iOS. So if you don’t have an amp, it won’t recognise an electric guitar without an iRig HD. That’s an older product and not everyone has one! The microphone pick up on acoustic guitar is not very good either. Yousician is much better. Sorry guys but you need to upgrade. Right now the app is terrible.

Guitar lessons
This app is good at explaining and very visual but I’m on my 7th course of my first day streak at it won’t let me do my 7th course. It just keeps bringing up the premium add and every time I press the X it won’t let me do my lesson. I’m just trying to learn but this app won’t let me.
It literally made my ukulele broke
I like the game and he’s really funny at the start but they really need to listen and just try to answer some questions so maybe if you do ukulele again and just make sure you don’t you fix this book
Frets 50& just doesn’t work
Frets need me to stop note and 50& just doesn’t work
Do not use
I deleted the app, and attempted to cancel subscription prior to the end date of the trial period. The company still charged me.
Bad
The tuning is so bad and frustrating! I’m going to uninstall! It made me mess up my tuning!
Amazing
I am loving this app so much I have tried to learn the guitar for a while now but I have not been able to get it right yet this app has been so helpful and fun. Thanks for sharing your experience and knowledge.
