Is there any new software updates? Apparently, I still have the firmware version 3.0.5

Went with Simpson and partners as they seemed like people who genuinely cared about the product - lol - how wrong I was.

- they took away the live power usage for “app upgrades”, the feature never came back.
- my charger emits a high frequency buzz when charging the advice was “turn off circuit breaker and then start again”
Bitterly disappointed with them. Suggest looking at other chargers

Works ok
I use it with an octopus plan. Octopus does all the scheduling to charge at night and that all works really solidly. The bit I would like isn’t used to show how much energy was being used and how much solar was being generated in the app but they took that out. Always good support if any problems though

Unreliable, AVOID
I chose as this can work over WiFi & looks. I also have experience of using Ohme at a different location.
Buying was easy, getting the installation done was a challenge. Seems the installation via their partners is not correct.less than year since I am asked to book installer to correct this on my own at my own expense. Washes hands saying that Octopus is controlling the deice and loses wifi connection often. Despite being literally 10 foot away. Do not fall for pretty looks it’s a very unreliable charger

Currently Non-Functional
We’ve had issues with both the charger and the app since it was installed a little while ago, but as of yesterday the app stopped working altogether. Neither Scheduling nor Override are responsive which means we literally can’t charge the car at all. Deleting and reloading make no difference.
Before that the app seemed basic and buggy but it’s obviously now worse than that and we have no option but to change to another charger.
