Awful
So many problems. Map function shows clinic locations but clicking does not tell you name of clinic. Using list function and typing in address really slow and skips letters so have to correct often. Lastly clinic data not updated; some closed, wrong hours etc. Really bad app
One of the worst
Terrible app. But what can you expect from insurance company who would rather see customers give up submitting claims because it's all too hard. I will be strongly encouraging my company to change insurance providers. This is nuts
App is garbage keeps crashing
Moved my entire company’s health insurance to Aviva only to have to deal with this garbage app that doesn’t load and crashes. Not being able to access our health insurance cards in the app means we can’t show them to clinics which means claims are denied. Thanks Aviva for this garbage. Do we need to cancel our corporate policy?

Worst app ever
This is probably the worst app ever. It crashes all the time. It doesn’t work when you managed to use it. The map function is faulty and it felt like someone gave up on the app while they were developing it. Pls get a proper technology team to redo this app. You guys have a ton of resources. Time to step it up and be current.
