App asks to relogin but cannot
App asks to relogin but cant click on any button. Just stalls even after restart
Absolutely horrendous
One of the consistently worst app experiences i had to deal with. Multiple login issues, tapping on the screen has no effect, resetting password is pointless. All the while doing this in a queue at the counter. If you’re gonna make your customers use an app, at least bloody invest in the design, functionality and experience for customers.

Terrible app
Have been stuck at cashier trying to login on many different occasions. Stuck repeatedly trying to reset password as clicking on the link sent to email does not bring me to the actual ‘change password’ page so can’t get further or login

New version is a piece of rubbish
Used to be working well.. but now kept logging out, difficult to log in, always freeze. Your should fire your IT dept. Get your act in order!
