App asks to relogin but cant click on any button. Just stalls even after restart
Absolutely horrendous
One of the consistently worst app experiences i had to deal with. Multiple login issues, tapping on the screen has no effect, resetting password is pointless. All the while doing this in a queue at the counter. If you’re gonna make your customers use an app, at least bloody invest in the design, functionality and experience for customers.

Terrible app
Have been stuck at cashier trying to login on many different occasions. Stuck repeatedly trying to reset password as clicking on the link sent to email does not bring me to the actual ‘change password’ page so can’t get further or login

New version is a piece of rubbish
Used to be working well.. but now kept logging out, difficult to log in, always freeze. Your should fire your IT dept. Get your act in order!
Apps is bad
Press the re login button and nothing happen. Can’t even login. Please take this apps down until you fix the problem. Negative customers experience.
Difficulty to log in
After your new version much more difficult to log in. Open the apps have to click many times to click on column username. After try few times delete apps and reinstall apps then can log in but the face recognition keeps appearing at my front screen. Technically you need solve this bugs

Getting from Bad to Really Bad
Face ID no longer works. App has become extremely buggy. Unable to delete items from inbox…. The list just keeps adding up.

App is very bad. Cannot use properly. Every time I tried to use, app just crashed and cannot press any buttons. If I cannot use my membership while purchasing something, what is the point of the membership?
App is getting from bad to worse
Before the update, things were alright, at least stable. After the recent update, constant crashing, ridiculous. Please fix or at least revert back to the previous version. Whoever coded the new app/update should be fired straightway.
Not user friendly at all
Firstly, why cant we use phone number like last time to enjoy membership in store has to download this user interface that is not user friendly at all? The invite of associate member doesnt work. If you want to change to app, please ensure is user friendly. It is one of the worst app i have used!
Dumb app
This app is dumb, at first, counter front ask user to register at their desk, exposing ur private info in front of the counter, upon register no password given, once u back home register this dumb app u will then wonder what’s the pw, if u request reset password this dumb app redirected u to nowhere, very stupid UX. Will uninstall it now.

I can’t even open the app. I am not even able to purchase things from challenger. The staff at challenger don’t even bother to help. Just say without app we don’t get membership discount. What is the purpose of this app when it all it does is to deter us who are members from buying. Worst customer service ever

Many times I try to go to their website, I cannot remember. You got Value club for the app, you got challenger, you got Hachi.. something. Why not combine lah.
Bad App
I would say it’s a lousy and inefficient method to utilize the membership. To think that there’s a membership fee and the app doesn’t work when I need to utilise it. Poor app, do something about it! I’d give 0 stars!!!
An app for the sake of having an app . Useless
Don’t understand the need to even create an app. No need to jump on the bandwagon to create one. The former mobile number works well. Why the need to insist on using the app? Poor UX, doesn’t load. Takes up memory space. Terrible.
