Keeps trying to charge

This was unsubscribed to and still hit my account automatically set up to charge you 99.00 to have for a year so look closely

Website is not user friendly! Before I can even get to a series and start my daily ritual, I find myself frustrated and anxious because the website is so difficult to navigate. Plus I use several devices and have to sign in multiple times to be able to access. Great content but lousy website.
