App is SO SLOW
I prefer ordering an app because I feel like my drink is always more accurate that way. This is the slowest coffee app that I have so I don’t order from this location often. Which says a lot because this is the town that I live in.

I have to have sugar-free drinks, and Sips has the best variety of sugar-free syrups and options! Fast friendly service too!!

Love Sips, love their drinks, great local business! The App, however, could use some upgrades. For example, it would be nice to see what is in the Sugar Free energy drinks. Just a drink name doesn’t tell me what flavors are in it. Also, have encountered several glitches that make me log out and back in. Such as having two of the same drink show up in my cart instead of just one and not having the option to remove one.
