Update issue
I wanted to open the app, but it is showing that I need to update it, but the update is not showing in the App Store

Sirona gave me wrong serum 4 to 5 time ... i was try to contact with agnet so many time ... but nothing happened ..now am tired ..

I have purchased a face razor, which is not working since the day I purchased, nor the support team is helping me. The worst app ever.

They have the worst customer support. They do not reply to your emails and do not send the products. My order has yet not been delivered(24th December) when the estimated delivery date was 8th December. The order is already paid for and they are giving me neither my products nor any assistance on when they will get it delivered.

I have order for one product instead of that they send another one when i raise a query they said u ordered product was out of stock so we send another one how can they send ???????,

They have some good products but if they deliver any damaged product, they will never exchange it or return it. I ordered many times but last time the r cream was bad I felt it will explode as if it was boiling. I contacted them and sent them photos for that but they didn’t reply. Don't download this app because as soon as you put your number they will never stop sending notifications and messages. The worst company and app ever 🤢
