PLEASE TURN OFF CAMERA SOUND
The camera on my iPhone 17 doesn’t make a noise. Please have the sitecap reflect base camera settings. I turn my phone on silent because of this noise and I miss important phone calls and texts.

I log in only to have it sync projects and remain stuck in a loop. I’ve tried the update and logging in and out but nothing works.
Honest review
It’s great but so bad. If you need to find another project, it’s insane how long it takes to spit back that the project can’t be found. Then and only then can you search it in find project. You should have that option before searching. Also there is no reason why it should sync all photos to your app only to have to load for about 5 minutes to actually see the photos. The quality of the images are also so bad that if you want to know any detail about the project from your phone. You can’t.

I use SiteCapture every day for work. It is a flexible application. You can adjust it to do whatever you need it to do and if there are ever any issues the support team is always there to spearhead the issue and get it resolved. I Highly recommend the app for any SFR/MFR applications.

We use SC for Solar site surveys and system completion information. It is a well designed app, works very well and customer support is top notch. They are very quick to respond and are very knowledgeable.
They also roll out updates frequently and are always making things easier, faster and more reliable.

We’ve had to send men back to jobsites to take photos they took through sitecap because sitecapture fumbled the uploads.
Crashes regularly.

Easy way to Site Survey
We’ve been using SiteCapture for solar site surveys for a couple of years. It’s the best survey and photo capture software we’ve used with our solar field teams. Really easy to organize data and share back to the office.

App Is Terrible
I’ve used my share of form fill software. This one is not very good compared to others. While it has a lot of solar focused forms that might be a big win for solar companies initially, other forms apps are light years ahead of this app. Web client is dated and confusing to navigate. Mobile app the form portion I think works decently. But there clearly has been no investment to improve the sync process or overall optimization. Our crews are always riddled with sync problems. Like other reviews say below always keep your photos on your phone. Because you can never tell what this app is doing and when it will work or not.

Why can’t I access my wide angle lens thru the camera on this app?
Also why do I have to download every photo I take externally directly to the device, to be able to upload it onto this app, even tho the photos are accessible and visible from iCloud?

Not good app. Problems constantly with syncing, photos uploading and choices, fields details. Takes long time to function.
App wont load any jobs up
Never works Got an new iphone to use but app doesn’t load up any jobs up and takes forever to pop up any photos still have to ise my android for this app instead needs an update of something

EVERY SINGLE JOB IVE DONE IN THE PASSED MONTH HAS HAD TO HAVE EVERY SINGLE PHOTO UPLOADED AT LEAST TWICE.
