A Focused CRM Built for Field-First Construction Teams
SiteLedger.ai is a construction-oriented CRM designed to centralize job tracking, client communication, estimates, invoicing, and operational workflows in one system. The platform emphasizes clarity and job-level organization rather than bloated feature stacking. Core strengths include structured project pipelines, document storage tied to jobs, and workflow visibility across teams. The interface prioritizes practical field usage over aesthetic complexity. Navigation is straightforward, reducing training friction for crews and office staff. Automation features streamline repetitive admin tasks such as invoice generation and status updates, improving operational consistency.Limitations appear in advanced integrations and deeper financial tooling compared to more mature, enterprise-level platforms. The system works best for small to mid-sized contractors who need structure and accountability without enterprise overhead. Overall, SiteLedger.ai delivers operational control and visibility in a focused, construction-specific environment. It is built for execution, not experimentation.
