I would give negative rating if I could
The company I work for uses siteminder - and it’s an absolute disaster. Their new two factor authentication makes it impossible to log in & manage reservations. It’s like they took an already inefficient platform & designed it to make it even worse.
Not working properly
It worked well for a while and I loved using it daily. A few months ago it stoped displaying data for Today, which is where we would make most of the quick last minute changes, so it’s no use anymore. It also only lets you change the rate for ONE day only and not multiple days (with different rates on each day) at a time, which slows down the whole process dramatically. I have mentioned and reported this several times to siteMinder support over the last months. Nothing has been done about. Until this is fixed this app is useless to me.

La app no es funcional. Te indica las reservas nuevas que te han hecho en el día pero no puedes acceder a ellas.

Die Informationen nützen mir unterwegs überhaupt nichts. Man hat keine Möglichkeit eine Buchung zu sehen geschweige denn zu bearbeiten. Wenn ich gerade nicht im Büro oder an der Rezeption bin interessieren mich die Ratenbearbeitungen eher weniger. Aber wenn mich ein Mitarbeiter/eine Mitarbeiterin zu einer Buchung anspricht, kann ich mit der APP leider keine Antwort geben. Liebes SiteMinder R&D-Team: Remote Access Service im Hotel funktioniert leider anders.

"Se ha producido un error". Eso es lo único que veo cuando abro la aplicación. Llevo 2 días sin poder acceder a la extranet de Siteminder.

Acabo de descargar la app pero al seleccionar un establecimiento para gestionar indica: “lo siento, algo ha ido mal”.
He cerrado y abierto un par de veces la app pero sigue dando fallo.

Impossible de voir les détails des réservations qui se font via Site minder, aucun accès à guest engagement, aux rapports, aux paramètres.
C’est dramatique pour un Channel manager aussi reputé.

good app, but has bug
When you change the rate on the app. Not able to sync the new price to front desk system- Little Hotelier. After changing the price, when you back to front desk to try to make a new booking, found out that the price still the previous price, not the new changed price.
