I’m unable to look through what the app offers without giving it my phone number.
That could be fine except there’s no disclosures about what my number will or won’t be used for as soon as I add it.
That’s a problem. I’m not giving you my information unless you tell me that 1. It won’t be sold or otherwise released to other parties 2. It won’t be used unless I give specific permission to potential sitters

No consistency
Had multiple nannies accept jobs and refuse to follow instructions. Also having a random person that isn’t a nanny in the car with my son. Barley ever the same nanny. Had one cancel 30 min before she was suppose to pick up my son. And most recently had someone refuse to let our 8 pound dog outside and ask us how to play with our son who is 2? When he’s so easy going and being hired to watch my son you should know how to play with him without a TV. There’s toys, coloring, music, etc. Overall awfuk service.

Payouts are inconsistent/ instant transfer takes days
Instant transfer is slower than direct deposit. They charge a 1.5 interest rate for instant transfers but I haven’t gotten anything same day or even the next day. I’m still waiting on a payment from 4 days ago. They also say they will ask before they charge you, but don’t.
