Non functional as of today

Dunno if it's a me thing... Haven't had any issues with the app and they keep updating.... But all day I haven't been able to load it

Solid app

Works well and has good features. I feel confident that my bike is well monitored with the tracker and this app. Plus no monthly fees, which is brilliant.

Perfect device for motorcycle owners

User friendly and good looking App, Sizzapp is very cheap security solution for your motorcycle and also much data you can get from the device like battery status, temperature, track your trip and can send information if you have an accident and lot of cool features.

Fantastic App and Fantastic Product

Product support is great and the developers actually listen to what their customers want, I requested (bugged them on Instagram for a while) a feature and it was implemented in one of the many updates that they issue, granted I doubt I was there only one requesting it but it proves that they do take notice of what their customers want. I’ve recommended this to many of my biker mates and I’ll continue to do so.

Diminishing services of unlimited SMS

When purchased it was with unlimited SMS but now they have taken away that feature and limited it to 50 sms within a 30 day period. It’s a bait and switch on what was sold to me. When questioning the company they banned me and my friends who own it from access on all the message boards to keep us from discussing the diminishing of services.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs now, was once good now restricting customers.
Been a long time user of their product, back in the 3g version days and have been happy until now.

The latest update now moves away from SMS/TXT notifications and more to the new Call Feature they advertised, but they are limiting these features. Now instead of unlimited SMS/TXT notifications we are restricted to just 50 now, and if you go over this limit you lose that feature and will no longer get notified by this means.

When asked about why they limiting this on customers they just try to get you to use the Call Feature instead, after speaking to others it seems its a cost cutting solution, and again when asked if this is true they respond with the average user only uses 10-15 SMS a month, but if that was the case why are they adding a limit then in the first place, and again when I asked this question they blocked me from there support FB group.

I have tried to email them to get support as my SMS count is going down even when I am not getting a message, I am guessing a bug in the new update but as they will not respond to me and block my account I no longer have support for my product.

I can only advise others to avoid this product as if a company blocks a customer for asking for support then its clear that they are a unprofessional company that will not honour there customers previous terms of service.

Being a UK owner legal action we can take via small claims court as it not fir for purpose now. I have now heard others are having the same issue so its now a bigger concern that the company maybe going bust.

Shame as it was one of the better system out there, but i guess the cost of the older SMS feature was a large cost and they now want customers to use the newer Call feature which again is limited to 50 a month, but they recommend to there customer base to not answer the phone when it calls so it wont take you over the limit were are now given. I am guessing this is another way to cut costs there end.

I have emailed them but no respond, and now others have come forward to me with concerns.

Maps

So far so good for the device, would like to have Apple Maps as default for the “Find “ widget, currently defaults to google maps and everything else is Apple Maps and it also continues to quickly back out of anything you’re focused on or doing in the app in any section of the app.lastly,I’ve written a few emails to you about questions and no response,so there’s that to work on otherwise A+
