We want to make travelling with us easier – especially when all or part of your journey is replaced by bus or taxi. In this version, we've made major improvements to Traffic info, so it's easier to see what applies when a bus or taxi replaces your train. We've also improved the ticket view, making it easier to find information such as your carriage and seat. Have a pleasant journey!

Don’t use this to buy tickets

I bought refundable tickets but they could not issue the refund. After some back and forth it turns out they sell tickets for other companies. That other company could not issue a refund to my credit card. They can only do a bank transfer. So I will have to pay my bank a 15 CAD fee to get my money back. I can’t believe they are allowed to sell refundable tickets that I had to pay extra for that they can not refund.

Slow and has multiple stops

I have booked two tickets for more than $200
For a fast night train
Unfortunately, it was so slow and it did stop multiple times
So frustrated, and disappointed.
