Regular update required
App should be user friendly and regularly updated. Existing one seems backdated and slow coach....

একবার লগ ইন হলে আরেকবার হয়না। বিশেষ করে যারা দেশের বাইরে থাকে তাদের জন্য এই এপই ভরাসা। কিন্তু এতো নিম্ন মানের একটা এপ এই ব্যাংক এতদিন থেকে ফেলে রাখছে! এই এপের জন্যই অন্য ব্যাংকে চলে গেলাম! এরলম কাস্টমার হারাইতে থাকেন আপনারা। 😂
Very very poor interface
I don’t know how the bank team choose the user interface. It’s really such a school level app. Its not user friendly, app name is also very 3rd class, a lot of bugs available. The bank should work on it to make a robust application.

Working well, needs some update!
The app is working well, but features are not working properly. I could not request to get a back statement on the app it says error. Also, please add notification option so that we get notified about the transactions. Thanks
