Too much loading
Some time i cant even see the data from the app just loading…and spinning
The most important feature named ***Rapid Account *** not working perfectly; crashed the app.
I think the most important feature *Rapid Account* was not perfectly work till now.
Last week I tried many times for opening new account by using this feature ***Rapid account** but I am very disappointed that on the last moment after completing all formalities when system want to take my selfi (picture) …. The app crashed and automatically close. Then I again tried and same thing happened. That’s why I give them *one star* but it shouldn’t give them *one star too* cause the most important feature of their app is not perfectly working yet. Why I say : it’s important feature? Cause:- When anyone go to their branch (mainly one branch ) their most of the officers who are responsible for opening account ; was not maintained **Professionalism** properly and some of them are too much rude (as they treat *account opening person as beggar*). That’s why for account opening purposes….no one should not visit their branch (mostly one branch) anymore. If after one month they will not … fix the problems (bugs) of *Rapid account* people should go another shariah based bank instead of them.

App crashes while opening account
Tried to open an account through the ‘Rapid Account’ option. After a few steps, the app crashes. This happened for quite a few times which was pretty annoying.
Very slow
Sometimes app doesn’t launch. Takes forever. Needs biometrics and easy access with app.
Nice but….
Colour of background and text under the interface icons is almost a mess! Barely visible on white background. Dark mode with better colour combination can be a better option. Thank you !
