for what possible reason would i need a qibla pointer on my banking app?? every smartphone has a compass that works without any internet. whoever thought of including a qibla pointer in a banking app should be fired.

Otp Submission issues

Writing about version 2.0.28: In this version, after entering all the details, when it’s finally time to submit the OTP, the submit button is not working. This issue is happening during bKash transfers. Hope the developers will fix this issue soon.

Disappointed

Ever since I opened and activated the app, I have been unable to transfer money from bank to bkash. It’s been a month and I keep calling their helpline, all I get is that there’s no problem from their side neither from mine but yet it shows fund transfer failed and if I try through bkash it says limit over even though I haven’t transferred a single buck. Also their live chat option replies after hours and the window stays active for a few minutes. This is so frustrating!
