Unable Agent Bank Fund Transfer
I tried to transfer fund ti IBBL Agent Bank Account. But there were no option to select agent bank routing number or Agent Bank as branch. Needs to add Agent Bank as Branch for this purpose.

Too much loading
Some time i cant even see the data from the app just loading…and spinning
The most important feature named ***Rapid Account *** not working perfectly; crashed the app.
I think the most important feature *Rapid Account* was not perfectly work till now.
Last week I tried many times for opening new account by using this feature ***Rapid account** but I am very disappointed that on the last moment after completing all formalities when system want to take my selfi (picture) …. The app crashed and automatically close. Then I again tried and same thing happened. That’s why I give them *one star* but it shouldn’t give them *one star too* cause the most important feature of their app is not perfectly working yet. Why I say : it’s important feature? Cause:- When anyone go to their branch (mainly one branch ) their most of the officers who are responsible for opening account ; was not maintained **Professionalism** properly and some of them are too much rude (as they treat *account opening person as beggar*). That’s why for account opening purposes….no one should not visit their branch (mostly one branch) anymore. If after one month they will not … fix the problems (bugs) of *Rapid account* people should go another shariah based bank instead of them.

App crashes while opening account
Tried to open an account through the ‘Rapid Account’ option. After a few steps, the app crashes. This happened for quite a few times which was pretty annoying.
Very slow
Sometimes app doesn’t launch. Takes forever. Needs biometrics and easy access with app.
Nice but….
Colour of background and text under the interface icons is almost a mess! Barely visible on white background. Dark mode with better colour combination can be a better option. Thank you !
After Last update app is crushing continuously
I am an iPhone 7 user. I have been using this app for a long time. Unfortunately, after the last update, I can’t use the apps anymore. While opening the apps it is crashing all the time and closing the app.

Emergency Need.
বিকাশ থেকে টাকা অ্যাকাউন্টে পাঠানোর অপশান চালু করা হোক এবং অন্যান্য সুযোগ সুবিধা সংযুক্ত করা হোক। নাহলে অনেক কাস্টমার ই এই ব্যাংক থেকে হাত গুটিয়ে নিবে। কারন এখন অনলাইনের যুগ। তাই অনলাইন ভিত্তিক সুযোগ সুবিধা গুলোর ওপর জোর দেওয়ার জন্য রিকুয়েস্ট করা হলো।

Unresponsive and problematic
This is one of the less responsive Apps I have ever used. A lots of time it shows popup message like, I am paraphrasing 'if this happens sometimes please try again later or contact with Service provider.'
I tried to open an account through this App, amd someone responded from the Bank maybe 8-9 months later (you heard it right not days but months). Although I had visited their office in the meantime.
However, looking forward to see it's improvement though.

Bug! Event id invalid
The services provided by this bank and app developer are of very poor quality. When I attempted to submit my electricity bill, the final steps displayed an "Invalid Event ID" error.
It is crucial to thoroughly test any version before its release. I am considering switching to a new bank due to these ongoing issues.
