Can no longer use the app, logged me out on NYE and is now stuck on a Sign in with Apple, Google / email screen, whenever I do it says my number is in use with another account, won’t let me go any further.

Terrible attitude
Ordered a cab an hour in advance to get to a dinner reservation. After waiting for several minutes beyond the pickup time I called the phone number. The woman I spoke with had a disgusting attitude, couldn’t have cared less and then told me I’d be black listed if I cancelled the cab after securing one from another provider. App is being deleted. Will never use again.

App needs pet friendly option adding to it as a choice, estate car and pet friendly option needs a note to state £2 additional charge.
When you search for a destination it glitches out and removes your search.

Don’t bother.
Tried to use the app to book a taxi, just says we have your booking we will update you when I driver has been allocated stayed like that for over 30 mins. Not sure the app works TBH. Best just give them a call

App works well. Need to make the car tracking more accurate and would be great to be able to add your card to the app for automatic payments! Also when a card car ordered change the option of pay by cash as it’s confusing.
