They cancelled my booking at the exact time the taxi should have arrived. Giving me no time to find an alternative. Not only are they unreliable and will leave you in the proverbial but they have zero customer service. Don’t trust them

You are charged for a booking even when you can’t make a booking because there are no drivers available.
