App does not open
Don’t know what SKG is doing but this app hasn’t worked for a long time. Need to login and open in a browser on the website
Help Centre doesn’t work or non existent
Went to the help page put in Report as the app told me to. “No result”. Tried multiple different words, “no results” every time
Just does not work
Tried logging on but said wrong password. Requested to reset. Asked for a reset code… nothing sent 4 times.

Useless app
Great app as long you want to wait 14 days after for your report……it as helpful as last weeks lotto numbers lift your game SKG as the money comes out to pay for it straight away and there is no problem there
App crashes upon viewing scans
The app used to work fine, now it keeps crashing when viewing scans .. sooo annoying.. happens on IPhone 8 and Ipad4mini.. need an update!!!
Shuts down after password
The app stopped working and shuts down once the password is entered.
Worked for 2 days
Worked perfect for two days now keeps crashing each time I put my pin in. Lost access to all images and have to use browser. Please fix.
