Pathetic
Either the millions of positive reviews are fake, or people are just ok accepting that in order to buy a ticket for something they have to download an app, tick multiple "don't spam me" boxes and have zero customer service. They can't actually swap tickets if you need to change them, so you go through a load of bot questions (some of which if you're logged in it should already have the answers to), then despite asking for your email (which it already has) they don't email the response, instead leaving a complicated message with instructions, then closing the conversation because you haven't responded in time (because you were waiting for an email and only went back to the app to chase it). Then it won't let you copy and paste the 19 digit order number it wants you to give it (even though it already has it on your account). This isn't customer service, it's end stage capitalism going into meltdown. If i ever see another event that i like the look of and tickets are only through Skiddle, i'll find something else to do instead.

purchasing children vip tickets
absolutely frustrating. i could not purchase additional children VIP tickets after having purchased x2 adult tickets months previously. i received multiple codes and was still unable to just purchase the children’s tickets, it would only allow me to purchase them with an additional adult tickets although being told via email and telephone that i did not have to. n this needs looking into

I have been using Skiddle to buy my tickets for different events for as long as I can remember. This site never lets me down it has a wide range of events and add on options for tickets. Fast and easy to pay and access tickets. By far the most convenient and reliable way to book and travel to any place you want to visit. I would highly recommend Skiddle to anyone it’s actually the best app I am a loyal customer and will continue to use this site as my main source of ticket purchases

Confusing long winded process to get tickets
There are numerous steps which also force you to download the app if you want to be able to access the ticket you bought. Not good, I was nearly turned away at the concert because I had so much trouble accessing my ticket and although I arrived early, it took so long that I was about 2 minutes from missing the entry time

FRUSTRATING APP
Have the App, find the event. Try to book tickets then you have to update your password. So you get an email, click on link and it opens on the website. So your password gets updated there not your app. Can’t pay with Apple have to gone card details!!! Then have to pay to get tickets that should be in the app you purchased it with. You already pay £1 towards Skiddle and now this

Easiness
I like how the app is easy to use, nice layout and very user friendly, however sometimes I experience the issue when I got the link and instead of open the app or give me an option it will carry on via web browser and requires registration etc. Also I would like to point out the nice layout of the whole app and clear visibility for any additional information about the venue.

Quite good
I quite like this app for finding events. My only problem is that twice the events have been cancelled then I’ve been left out of pocket because of the processing fees not being refunded which isn’t good customer service and definitely not great for me when I’ve bought group tickets as the fees all add up and everyone expects a full refund so I’m left with money spent on nothing.

Disgraceful Not impressed
It’s been a while since I disliked an App as much as Skiddle: Events and tickets. Says you can use Apple Pay upfront but when it comes to paying you’ve got to put your card details in. Really didn’t want to share that. Cherry on the cake is that even though you get an email you don’t get your tickets even after you paid for it. No! You’ve got to download yet another App you don’t want.

It used to be easy downloading tickets now it’s a hassle, also if I don’t have WiFi or the net at door I can’t bring tickets up. I used to put in a wallet on my I phone and can’t seem to do this any more! Go back to the way it used to be🙃😟

Just doesn’t find events when you search for them. Doesn’t save personal info to make it easier. Just awful, awful, awful and really frustrating. Zero stars.
