Snail light
Doesn’t let me go past the name set up. It won’t even save. If I could I would give it 0 stars!! 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
Inflexible
The routine setup is too rigid and doesn’t allow you to easily jump to the next step in a routine or start up an ad hoc sound or light for an unscheduled nap time. Why not have a quick way to turn on whatever you need in the moment? It also keeps telling me the schedules are overlapping which they are not and I’m trying to figure out why and the FAQ page doesn’t exist and the app support link doesn’t exist. Can we get some app support please?

Started to malfunction
The software hasn’t been updated in over a year. Mine has recently started to malfunction, playing loud music randomly (none of my “routines” have music set up) and changing colors out of sync with the routine plan. Something buggy is happening—please look into it developers!
Easy to use and looks great!
It only takes a few minutes to set up the app and the snail; really easy, and even less time than setting up Philips WIZ lights. The lights and sound on the snail itself are great too, love the light show.
