Fixes and improvements: We have also improved the experience of interacting with the front camera, ensuring more accurate results every time. We have added a remote configuration feature to manage our scanner list. This allows us to dynamically update the list of available helpers. I opened my account and paid for the app, it didn’t work. The app itself was broken. So I requested to close my account. I think my total experience time was 1 hour. I received a message from customer service advising the app has been experiencing difficulties for the past week, if I just give a couple more days it should be fixed. So I requested again that my membership be canceled.

A few hours later I received a message stating that my cancellation was processed and I wouldn’t be billed in the future, no refund 😳

So much for their satisfaction or your money back claims.

Fraud

There is NO AI, there is NO personalized advice. Just some YouTube turtorials that you could get for free from YouTube. I got ripped off for $40, I am so mad

My skin feels smoother after using the AI advice, but the product suggestions feel a bit too generic at times.
