This product does not work anymore
I have had this pet feeder for quite a while. It took my daughter forever to get it set up and this was a few years ago. I recently changed my Internet provider and since then I have not been able to get this feeder to connect to my new server now I keep getting error message after error message and I’m just over it. I suggest unless you were able to speak Chinese it’s not a good product to take and use in the United States.

Doesn’t work
Don’t bother with this , just spent 3 hours to get it to work it won’t connect , also there is no reason for this system to need to know all your information
Used to be great
This app used to be great. I love watching the strays and wildlife. It will randomly sign me out and not matter what I do I can’t get back in. Finally after some time it will randomly sign me back in. I don’t know what’s going on but it’s super frustrating.
PLEASE FIX
It’s great concept for an app! It has everything I want to be able to use….but it can’t use it! The app BARELY works its buffers for so long I can’t see the camera nor control the owl robot to move around :( $165 for a GOOD item but the app is BAD. It needs to fixed ASAP so I can’t actually use what I bought

Feeding schedule disappears and when you try to create another one it doesn’t work but then the feeder will go off randomly anyways.

Subpar and will not recommend. App itself doesn’t connect or work well, if it disconnects good luck. Product itself is extremely flawed. Upgraded to other brand for same price.
They gave up on it
The software is absolute garbage. It doesn't load 90% of the time it won't load. It isn't worth it and they don't respond or care. Don't waste your money buy an enabot instead

Randomly started ignoring my scheduled so I had no idea my dogs weren’t being fed 😡
I just realized they were acting funny so I added a schedule and watched the machine, NOTHING happened. I’m so upset!
When I tell the app to feed instantly, it listens so it is not a connection issue. VERY UPSETTING!

bad UI and sign up
first of all, the sign up was awful. it says to either input an email or phone number, tried putting in a phone number and it said ‘email invalid’. don’t list both if you only take one. and the fact a pet feeding app requires an account is just horrible. just say you’re selling data, seriously
Not great
When it works, it’s good. But every few weeks I have to email for help because it just stops dispensing. They don’t really respond with any direction, but they do something on their end and it works for a while. This is very frustrating because I travel a lot and am in and out of WiFi opportunities.

Waste of money
I’ve had it for a couple months now it turns on by itself without anybody or anything touching it try to restart it, now it doesn’t want to connect even though I put the right information on it’s a waste of money don’t buy it. You’re better off buying a nanny camera
Not Smart Enough
The app seems to work fine but the feeder is feeding two dogs and I have no idea which dog is eating the food. Build some AI into the device so it can at least log and automatically take a short video when the dog is eating. The motion detection can’t be on as it goes off all the time. It needs to have a log with a photo or video when a dog is eating. Also, the bowl is shaped so you can’t really let enough dog food out for two larger dogs.

Login very unreliable
Stupid that you need to log in to even get basic functionality of the product. This is made worse by the fact the login fails on a regular basis for no apparent reason.
