This product does not work anymore
I have had this pet feeder for quite a while. It took my daughter forever to get it set up and this was a few years ago. I recently changed my Internet provider and since then I have not been able to get this feeder to connect to my new server now I keep getting error message after error message and I’m just over it. I suggest unless you were able to speak Chinese it’s not a good product to take and use in the United States.

Doesn’t work
Don’t bother with this , just spent 3 hours to get it to work it won’t connect , also there is no reason for this system to need to know all your information
Used to be great
This app used to be great. I love watching the strays and wildlife. It will randomly sign me out and not matter what I do I can’t get back in. Finally after some time it will randomly sign me back in. I don’t know what’s going on but it’s super frustrating.
PLEASE FIX
It’s great concept for an app! It has everything I want to be able to use….but it can’t use it! The app BARELY works its buffers for so long I can’t see the camera nor control the owl robot to move around :( $165 for a GOOD item but the app is BAD. It needs to fixed ASAP so I can’t actually use what I bought

Never works
Feeding schedule disappears and when you try to create another one it doesn’t work but then the feeder will go off randomly anyways.
