Absolutely the worst!
I’ve been with this credit union for over 50 years and the only thing they ever tried to improve is screwing with the customer. They deleted people you can talk to and make it to computer algorithms. Now they’re making me change my password when I don’t want to, and I’m through with them, I’m quitting this credit union. I advised you don’t even try them!

When loaded on Apple phone the fonts in the billing section are vertical having to scroll a lot!

Great banking app!
I’m really impressed with the SkyOne app since the recent upgrade—it feels like a huge improvement. Everything is a lot more intuitive and easier to navigate, and it just works the way you expect it to. I can quickly check my balance, transfer money, and even use the neat financial tools they’ve adopted such as the budget planner without any issues.
Out of all the financial apps I use, this is definitely one of the best now. It’s reliable, user-friendly, and makes managing my account really seamless.

Took a minute, but it’s definitely an upgrade!
Honestly really liking the SkyOne app update. It looks way better, adding my accounts was pretty easy, and I like that I can see my credit score now without having to go somewhere else.

Frustrating and Broken
This app is awful. Navigation is a nightmare—one wrong tap and you’re lost, and going back resets your scroll. Facial recognition barely works and constantly needs to be re-setup. Worst part? Some online features just aren’t available in the app. What’s the point of having it then? This app is more pain than convenience. Total fail.

Old App was Way Easier
This updated app which is a few years old now is awful to use. Glitches out, takes a long time to load, and is very cumbersome to navigate. Some fields are super sensitive so you inadvertently open pages or sections. Not intuitive to use at all. Giving one star b/c yes you can do your banking, but it’s not user friendly.

No alerts or notifications when a transaction takes place. Impossible to contact some human being! Thinking on closing my accounts
Zelle sucking this app
Pls fix this app. I’m really close to closing all my account with Skyone bc of this app. It is lagging and also seems like your bank has issues with plaid so I can work with any other subscriptions. And your Zelle is awful it doesn’t let me add people through my contacts, when I send money it lags so I have to reset the app. It takes about 3 to 4 times to send money

Why Am I Still Using This Lame App?
I’m still using this lame app because I really like doing business with Sky One and I have no choice other than to use it sometimes. I will leave a bad review every year until it’s improved. There is NO SCROLL BAR. It’s incredibly annoying to want to scroll but then when you touch a transaction (you have no choice) the system takes you to the transaction you are intending to scroll past. Bad, bad design.

Worse Every Update
This app gets worse with every update. FaceID is broken. Now I can no longer navigate to page 2 of transactions. At least I can still see my current balance…for now anyway.
Slow
A stuttering lagging mess of an app. I've honestly considered switching banks just to have access to a usable app for mobile banking. Baffling the bank is ok with this app performance
More issues every month
I’ve had to delete and re-download this app so many times over the year. It recognizes facial to log in for about a week and then fails again and again and again. Not a big deal but why have that feature if it always fails? On top of that, at least once every few weeks I have to “recognize my device” again by having a code sent to me before logging in. It does the same thing on my laptop even though I have used the same log in information for almost two years. With the new credit card change on top of a terrible App, the whole company won’t be around much longer with members running away as fast as we can.

No improvement since last review
This app is frustrating and annoying to use, but it wasn’t always this way. There was a time when I thought my coworkers were crazy for not having a SkyOne account, now I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
Not sure how long it’s been since my last review, but it things haven’t gotten any better. I have nothing positive to say about this app. Even opening the details and transactions section of an account can be finicky due to an overzealous desire to register any touch—including when you’re trying to scroll—as a request for transaction details. It’s laggy and by the time you realize what’s happening you’re back out to the main page. It’s really weird that SkyOne has let this go on.
