There’s many ghost flights which take you to website up till checkout and then triple the price last second

The default is to take me back to the car hire search I did the first time. I can’t override this and start again

Can’t even search on the app.. keeps giving holiday lane hen I just want to search for flights!! Deleted and won’t be coming back.

Skyscanner lets scam third party websites onto the platform
I just got scammed and when I tried to write sky scanner the skyscmner “help “ part of the website made it IMPOSSIBLE to send my complaint…Skyscanner platform wouldn’t let me send the 4 pieces of proof showing how the website Skyscanner sent me to —SKY TOURS —and this I was SCAMMED. Btw SKYTOURS —three phone numbers —all fake / two of three numbers on their “website” in different languages

Love it.... but
Great to get ideas of routes and stop overs etc however was better when you could choose time of day of flights and on the app if you choose direct you have to do so through the filter or you can not get cheapest direct I find the website much easier to use and navigate
Doesn’t remember recent destinations
app doesn’t remember the recent destinations although it states it does. Simply doesn’t work.
Usually great, but some frustrating caveats
I’ve found great airfare with Skyscanner before, but a frustrating issue I run into is the fares shown in the search look very promising, but when I click on that flight, all of a sudden the price of fares doubles. It’s very annoying and feels like a bait and switch.
Doesn’t save travellers search details
You need to input travellers details each time you do a new search. One of the worst apps out there.
Should kick China Airline out
Airline controls by bandit to my experience and perform abuse to customer unexpected whilst the company ‘Disavow’ to seemed nothing happened. No one else should experience this as I’d reasonably experienced Jan 2026.
Privacy/tracking is an issue
App doesn’t let you clear previous searches.
App bugged
Think Skyscanner is good but their app never lets you click on the destination, it just freezes completely
Terrible app
Terrible app automatically selected date six months away from when I wanted to search booked my flights now I’ve lost all my money
