Perhaps this is too complex of a business to have an app like this. I have spent nearly an hour attempting to download and get a document signed. Fax would be easier.
This app developers are not even looking at reports. I reported this error occurred many times and still nothing resolved from them. Can’t even see forms at all.
I’ve tried so many times using this app. I log in using Trreb proptx and then always get the message “error occurred” with a reload button. It doesn’t work. I have deleted it and redownloaded it, nothing works. So disappointed because my peers seem to be okay using it. The tech support form doesn’t go through either. I am so frustrated.

Boggles my mind that this has a 4.8 star rating. And I’m wondering how many of those reviews are investors. LOL. This is one of the clunkiest apps I’ve ever used. There is always something constantly spinning and then a popup saying it cannot complete the action. Surprised? I’m not. It’s also weirdly worded and laid out. It takes entirely too long to find out how to start a transaction or a listing. Like, WHYYYY? Make it easier. Splitting docs? Forget it. It’s also nearly impossible on the mobile site. Speaking of which, the web mobile version is also laughable. You have to undo screen lock, turn your phone sideways, and even then it’s clunky. Where are you developers? It’s 2026. Do better. You’re going to be run over in the tech department soon. Unless forms is your moneymaker, which I can say is yet another inferior product and I’m glad I’m not at a brokerage that supports it anymore.

I don’t understand how a software likely generating millions from agents and brokerages has so many rudimentary issues. App crashing, signage templates jumping all over the place, clients not being able to sign, just on and on and on. It works well for what it does- when it does. When it doesn’t work it’s an absolute nuisance

The new updated Skyslope, is not user friendly. I now have to send my docs to our office for them to set up & put in my docs. I don't have the ability to get access working docs where I can separate documents. Is there a way I can get my documents old version back, if not, this tool is no longer valuable to me.

Why can’t I access Digisign from the app? It sort of defeats the purpose of having the app if I can’t get signatures when I’m out on the go
Does not work
Why can’t you open the Contact info?
You don’t have the full access as you do on a desktop such as striking and adding text box. This should be added when someone doesn’t have access to their computer they can do it from their iPad or iPhone.
Beyond frustrated with this platform
I have used SkySlope for years. You can literally only use it on a computer browser. While on computer browser you are constantly forced to sign up for stuff. If you click no thanks it pops up every time. The app is so convoluted and doesn’t have full functionality. You can’t split documents on the app. Navigating the newer app is worse than the first version of the app. Using the mobile version on a phone browsers is frustrating and the site is NOT mobile browser friendly. Shame for all the money we pay for the system for it to be so difficult to use. I can’t recommend SkySlope to any other broker for transaction retention; look elsewhere.

I just learned that docs cannot be uploaded from email. Support told me you have to save the doc on your phone and then upload it. Please fix this feature! The old app allowed it and it’s a HUGE feature!
I’m surprised to see so many good reviews. Why do I have one location for Forms and a separate location for the transaction? I have two file folders for every transaction I do this doesn’t make any sense. Docusign doesn’t work this way. Zip forms doesn’t work this way. They’re all in one location. Also, they sync to so many other different products like my CRM or Gmail, Skye slope syncs to NOTHING. Thanks for doubling my workload. I can either download the files to my computer and re-upload it to the transaction folder or forward it to the email for the folder. Those are my options? Really? What year is it?

Easy to use! Efficient & Safe!
Love that this is now available on iPadOS, but wish there was a signing mode where clients could use the Apple Pencil to sign in person. You could sign agreements on the spot without making people open their email. Much more efficient for listing appts and clients who don’t use email very well.
Wow what a intelligent mind had made this friendly user service app. Five stars are less should be more stars for you !!!!
Im gonna have to say that the iPhone version is great, but Prefer to have the Ipad OS version more. Im very surprise that there is no ipad OS version. iPad OS should’ve been the very 1st app over IPhone.
This company knows nothing about Ontario Real estate forms.
Great
