App requires a verification with a code via SMS, but that never arrived using a Czech number (+420).

Die App ist extrem einfach gehalten, dadurch umfasst diese keinerlei Busfahrpläne oder ähnliches. Sobald man ein Ticket kauft läuft auch die Zeit ab. Man kann es nicht zu einer beliebigen Zeit starten, wenn der Bus abfährt beispielsweise.
Bezahlung hat leider auch anfangs schlecht funktioniert.
Busfahrer sind unfreundlich und sprechen kaum Englisch. Will man aus Bergen raus, muss man schnell damit rechnen mal eine Stunde zu warten, da wenig Busse überhaupt fahren.

SMS code never arrived
SMS verification issues.
Looks like an easy app to use, but SMS text verification never arrived. We had to buy tickets from the driver, instead.

Can you combine Billett and Reise?
During our trip to Norway, I couldn’t help but notice how intuitive and useful Ruter was in Oslo. Being able to purchase tickets and also map out your travel was extremely helpful. However, once in Bergen, we had to use the Skyss Billett and Reise apps, separately, to achieve the same purchasing and planning capabilities. Please combine them so it’s closer to the Ruter functionality.

I don’t understand the bad reviews/issues. I was able to get a text and sign up in under 2 minutes using US number and cc. 4 stars as I haven’t made a journey yet, but everything seems straightforward and simple.
Was probably pretty good in 2019.
Honestly pretty glitchy. Seems like a very old app that no one is actively updating. I‘ve tried to add 3 different cards (1 debit and two mastercard), and it gets denied every time. Used the same „denied“ card to buy my ticket from the machine…makes the app unusable.
Tickets expire!
I was planning ahead for a trip in 2 weeks and wanted to see the price. Made the mistake of purchasing the tickets today and they expire today. This was not made clear in the app. I have applied for reimbursement and if I receive it I will change this review

SMS code for country number (Japan +81) didn't receive and I cannot log in.
US users cannot verify without local SIM card
Current as of Sept 2023, you cannot receive the SMS verification code while in Bergen with a US sim card.
If you create/verify your account back home before coming to Norway, I imagine this app will work fine.

User friendly and uncomplicated
I don’t understand all of the one-star reviews. The registration process is simple—I used a a US phone number without issue—and adding your credit card payment details is straightforward.

Die App ist sehr easy zu nutzen, sodass man schnell an das benötigte Ticket gelangt. Die Zonen sind sehr gut auf der Karte dargestellt.

I’m order to link a card, you need to verify your phone number through SMS, which won’t work over WiFi.
