Clunky and painful
Slack always seems to be lagging in someway, which results in several missed calls, even if you answer them in time. This app is frustrating and feels incomplete.
Best app of all time
Super duper well made and awesome, with all the features. Love slack.
Solid product
Don’t understand the low reviews , works well at my job and recently switch phones and very easy to activate on the new iPhone I got.

if it did not ask I would not have left a 1-star review, but you are bugging me so frequently, in order not to receive "please leave a review" notifications mid-work, I'm leaving a review.
Misleading badge notifications
Instead of showing single badge count shows 3 times the true number of unread messages
Notification issues
Terrible notification setup and huddle experience is random. Sometimes I get the huddle join alert on my phone…when I am on my Mac and not using the phone.

I don’t care for Slack
When I had Microsoft Teams if someone texted me, a pop-up would appear and stay on my screen until I clicked on it so I knew someone was trying to reach me I have lost this ability since Slack has been enabled and it makes for me to track messages. I don’t mind pop-ups but what I do mind is digging around for Messages every time there’s a clicker ding. A waste of time to track it down every time.

Forced to Use This
I’m forced to use this by my company, but it’s awful. It’s a poorly executed application with absolutely no useful notification settings. I thought it couldn’t be worse than MS Teams, but unfortunately I’ve learned otherwise.
This app keeps asking for a review even after I’ve given it one. I can’t emphasize enough how unwanted this behavior is.

Information Location
It too easy for information to get buried in Slack. Was it in a DM, a group message, or replying thread? I spend more time looking for data in slack that I should be.

Enterprise only…why?
It always confuses me why providers seek to think that security feature, which they should encourage all users to adopt, are only available to enterprise customers. Here’s another classic example. Why can’t smaller businesses also be encouraged to use these features instead being forced onto their Enterprise plan with no published prices and no doubt minimum number of users. Security should be available to all users.
