Works well but errs too much on the side of caution
My company just upgraded from Zoom to Zoom Workplace. I fully understand the reasons why and I endorse them. However, the app (on iPad) requires ON THE SAME DAY, multiple log ins (in my case, I need to use OKTA). This is annoying - why can’t the app just ask me to login once a day? The safety component is becoming excessive, to the point that I rather use my Computer’s Zoom instead …. Perhaps that is the point? To make Zoom Workplace so annoying to iPad and iPhone users so that they use their desktops instead?….

Unusable, frozen or crashing constantly
I loved having the flexibility to use the standard zoom app, however work required a transition to this app version. I can sign on and then at my daily meetings list the entire page freezes and is non-responsive. I’ve deleted and reinstalled, checked for updates, checked my phone for updates, and restarted to no avail. iPhone 15 pro with current version and SSO successful.

RIP off site with same attitudes
After paying monthly for Zoom Pro for over a year they take my money but downgraded the account and despite emails they have done nothing and I suggest you look elsewhere instead of wasting your money with Charletons
Dropped connection constantly
I paid for this service and it does not work!!
I was in a 3600 sq ft house and it worked. Now 1,600 sq ft apartment and it does not work!
