I was tricked into buying a full subscription to my Zoom Workplace app in order to access my account. Shame on Zoom.
Flakey and deliberately hard to cancel
I have used this app for a year and had so many disappointing experiences that I wanted to cancel my subscription. It’s one of those businesses that put the cancel option deep into its browser ( not on the app) and it took ages to find and even then it it didn’t accept the cancellation until I’d tried 3 times. Glad to go.

Zoom Microphone Issue Report
I am experiencing a microphone issue when using Zoom on my device.
During a Zoom meeting, the microphone icon showed a warning symbol (⚠️), but it was unclear whether my microphone was working properly. When I am speaking they can still hear it.
I tried to fix the issue by checking the microphone settings and eventually turned the microphone off.
