I love this App
Hard to evaluate what it shows.
Confusing.
My new favorite
I like that it in addition to the times to wake up, shows the number of hours you’ll get, and highlights the two best ones for a full night’s sleep. And I love that it doesn’t collect any data or otherwise compromise user privacy—and that it’s FREE.

Perfect
I like how I can easily see what time I should go to bed or what time I should wake up based on my cycles. I have noticed that I’m not as drowsy in the morning (if I follow it and go to bed). It would be cool to eventually be able to see more data from Apple in the app like if my cycles align with the typical 90 minutes but for now I’m not complaining. Thanks for this app!

Flexible
I like the ability to change the wake up and going to bed times. And how it shows how long to sleep! It helps to know if I will be getting enough sleep cycles in that night!

Why
No graphs. No analysis. Just cold tedious data. Why?? Confusing because its the same icon as the watch which has graphs I WISH I COULD SEE LARGE AND IN LARGE DEPTH ON MY PHONE. are they NOT related??? Why wouldnt the the charts be here? Just dumb and misleading
