Exceptional Customer Service
Been using this for years and it has never let me down! When I encountered a small issue I was met with the best customer service I’ve ever received! Issue was resolved in less than 24 hours and they kept in contact consistently. I highly recommend. Not only is the app wonderful but the developers are kind and willing to improve the app upon request.

No longer reliable
There is now a bug and the sound keeps playing even after the timer has run out. Unreliable as an alarm now.

Had this app for many years as an alternative to an actual fan. Recently, the timer wouldn’t shut off the fan so I emailed the developer and they emailed back the same day with a fix! Great app!

No longer functional
I’ve used this app for over a decade and will now be deleting it. They made changes to it and now it doesn’t function properly. My alarm on my phone no longer turns the noise off, the alarm doesn’t fully play, and I don’t want it showing on my Home Screen. It functioned perfectly and then they ruined it. Currently searching for better options now.

Best Fan App hands down!
I have been using this app for YEARS, across multiple devices, often playing over a Bluetooth speaker. The recent updates did cause some minor issues, but I contacted them directly and not only were they receptive to my input, they used my feedback (I’m sure as well as others’) to fix these issues (some they are still looking into). Not only do I still love the app, but the devs have gained my respect personally.

Prevents IPhone alarm
Idk what has changed about this app, but I’ve been using it for almost 4 years now, but recently it’s been preventing IPhone alarms from going off causing me to be late to work back to back days. The newest update says they’ve fixed the issue but clearly not as it’s continuing to happen. Both my app and iPhone are fully up to date. Time to move to a physical fan instead 😒

Malfunctioning
I’ve had this app for years and it always worked great, but last night it would frequently do split-second pauses which kept me awake. I did an update in the middle of the night but the pauses were still happening. Also, twice a an ad popped up with music that woke me up. Please fix this!
Ruined
App is no longer usable. Besides the frustration of trying to get past the pop ups, the app kills the iPhone alarm. When the alarm comes on the fan noise pauses for a second and then starts back up. It cancels the alarm on its own. The latest update claims to have fixed the issue but it didn’t. Time for a different app.
