What's New in Sleep Tracker

1.0.3

September 22, 2026

Hi friends! Thanks for letting Sleep Well be part of your nights. Here’s what’s new: • Record night sleep or naps with your phone when you’re not wearing an Apple Watch or another compatible sleep tracker. • Review and adjust your actual sleep and wake times before saving. • Combine multiple sleep sessions from the same day while automatically avoiding overlapping time. • Keep detailed Apple Watch and compatible-device data as the priority, so manual recording is entirely optional. • View and delete individual entries in the new Manual Records history. • Enjoy smoother transitions when starting, ending, expanding, or switching between sleep and nap recording. • Fixed issues affecting repeated saves, ending a new session, and records briefly reappearing during deletion. • Improved English copy and layout throughout the recording experience. Whether you record with your phone or a wearable, we hope these updates make tracking your sleep feel more flexible and effortless. Thank you for being here — and please keep the feedback coming.
