Bad Support for app and device
I have the Good Sleep device that works with this app. The device won’t let me finish the test and comes up with error 500. The only way to get help is by booking a Google meeting. I don’t have a Google account!

I never leave reviews, but seriously, needing personal info just to get instructions on how to use something you’ve bought?
For the Hushd Guard you put it in boiled water for 3mins 30 seconds then bite on it for 3 minutes with the centering post touching your front teeth.

Useless App
I downloaded the app and got asked for a load of personal info so I lied about it all - not giving personal information just to get hold of some instructions which should just come with the device when purchasing. Then the instructions for my device aren’t even on the stupid app anyway. I bought the nasal nosepieces. They don’t rate a mention on the app. Waste of time.

Demands personal details
Don’t download simply to get instructions! Read below instead!! After buying a $100au plastic anti snore device, I find it demands personal details to access the instructions. All you need to do is put it in about 70°c water for 25 seconds or so. Place it in the mouth and bite so a mould of your teeth is formed. Allow to cool in mouth until “set” Set the lower jaw about 3mm forward (undershot). Or simply buy a cheaper one e off eBay that comes with instructions!
