Trying to get support is a JOKE
I have no idea what else to do other than to write a review. My light will connect to my WiFi just fine it’s this buggy app that just all of a sudden has decided to stop working and fail me. This wake up light has officially died! It is next to impossible to set alarms on this touch screen lamp without the app it’s so frustrating! Trying to get your customer service is hilarious! Finding the right department… you guys don’t even know the right department! I am desperately hoping you will see this review and actually take some action and realize this needs to be addressed immediately! Thank you!

Why did you delete my account??
I just tried to use the app and wasn’t logged in - so I tried logging in again and got a notification my deletion request had been received. WHAT?!

Terrible Unable to Connect
Devastated. The app does not work. I am unable to connect. Despite hours on the phone with Phillips tech teams. They even sent me a new light and that one is also unable to connect.
Widget not in transparent mode
The app is great, I would appreciate if I could use it on more than one device - account synchronization that is.
Also, the widget is not functional when in clear or tinted mode - a major flaw in current iOS versions.

Bonjour, je rencontre pas mal de difficultés avec cette application, je suis dans l’impossibilité de me déconnecter, je suis dans l’impossibilité de supprimer mon compte,je suis dans l’impossibilité de rajouter une nouvelle Dreamstation 2 car elle est déjà affectée à un autre utilisateur je demande à l’équipe de développeur doit voir toutes ces dysfonctionnement, car c’est une application de suivi médical et pas de grand public,merci d’y mettre les moyens s’il vous plaît

Au vu des messages et DreamMapper
Avant de tester ce truc, déjà que Philips finalise correctement le logiciel du respirateur DreamMapper en ajoutant une synchronisation automatique et en tâche de fond, en améliorant l’ergonomie de tous les jours. Pendant un an, DreamMapper n’était même plus opérationnel.
Je ne peux donc que déconseiller les logiciels de Philips qui ne sont pas son fort.

App is garbage
App is garbage since they made changes. Keeps logging you off and doesn’t sync.
Good, but I have ideas!
Overall a pretty good app. I like the bedroom conditions although I sleep better with a fan on so it will always say it is too loud :~) but alas! Some functionality that I would love to see would be 1) to incorporate a widget via ios so that I can turn on light, see bedroom conditions, or adjust alarms from my home screen, and 2) to schedule Sunset. I have ADHD and tend to lose track of time, so having a light cue to remind me to start getting ready for bed would be amazing. The app also does sometimes get confused about when I am going to bed or waking up, though not sure if this is because I will sometimes turn the light back on after waking up (my apartment does not have an overhead light in the bedroom so this is a good alternative option, especially on dark mornings when I’m still bleary).

App Won’t Connect to Local Network
Won’t work at all with iPhone 17. System was buggy but did its basic job with the 13, but now the app doesn’t even give the option to connect to local networks. I have uninstalled, reinstalled… just terrible, and very frustrating. It’s basically an expensive piece of plastic.
Such a buggy system
The mobile app keeps forgetting about the device and can’t find it again requiring a reset. The clock is connected to the WiFi, the phone is connected to the WiFi, but the app doesn’t see the device or it forgets the device and there is no way to readd it without resetting the clock and setting it back up.
At rhe price of this device this should just work.

Bereite dich auf den Schlaf vor. Geht leider nicht, da sich die App nicht verbindet. Warum? Viel Geld und immer wieder Probleme
Ständige Verbindungsprobleme
Ich verstehe die vielen guten Bewertungen hier nicht. Das Gerät ist gut, die App ist auch zumindest okay. Was aber tierisch nervt ist, dass man ständig das Passwort neu eingeben muss. Das ist doch Quatsch, das ist ein WECKER - und nicht das Onlinebanking. Das ständige neu authentifizieren führt dann meist dazu, dass sich Wecker und App entkoppeln. Immer, wenn man eigentlich schlafen will. Und dann ständig Verbindungsfehler mit dem Gerät. Alle paar Monate mitten in der Nacht Geräte-Reset, App neu installieren statt schlafen. Das geht bei dem Preis echt nicht. Arbeitet bitte mal daran, dass die Grundfunktionen hier laufen.
Und bevor die Probleme beim Anwender gesucht werden. WLAN ist perfekt stabil, keine Passwörter geändert, Firmware aktuell, App aktuell. UND: Wir haben zwei von den Geräten. Eins rechts, eins links am Bett. Die steigen meist abwechselnd und unabhängig von einander aus. Also eher nicht das Netz, der Anwender oder sonst was.

This app would be decent if I didn’t have to reconnect the alarm clock to the app every single month.
