Stupid app logged me out after two days and tried logging in via Apple ID and now it won’t let me log out and sign back in until I repay for another subscription as I’m trying to go to sleep. It looks like this is an ongoing issue that the developer claimed was resolved over a month ago but it’s not. Was trying to build up a good nighttime routine as I’m trying to get sober and I’m extremely frustrated with how my night has gone thanks to this app.

Unreasonable
I just started this app & the first result is ridiculous, showing that I need 8 hrs and 14 minutes of sleep. Meaning I’d have to go to bed at 8:30pm.
Difficulty to cancel
Been being charged for an app I’m not using and cannot get help with canceling subscription.

Does not help at all and when trying to cancel subscription it charges your card do not use

This app is bogus
After stating I am a parent of a newborn, this app told me my ideal bedtime was 5:08pm, and husband isn’t even home from work yet, I tried to take the quiz again and it said 5:08pm again, it also stated my ideal wake up time is 1:38 in the morning. Not sure what is going on with this app but something is off

Meh app, great customer support
The app was alright, I didn’t love it but I could see it helping people with a looser schedule, but the customer service was amazing, I forgot to cancel my subscription but they refunded me in less than an hour, super easy going!
Pretty good and helpful
I think it could be helpful it’s really good I need this for getting my sleep schedule back together for school. I think this is great.
Not worth the money.
I want to give it more than 1 star but I can’t. I’ve paid for the app and it’s an absolute waste of money so far. I see the potential it could be great. However it tells me my bedtime is like 2pm, when I work 8am-5pm everyday. That obviously does not work for me. It pull my past sleep history from my phone and that’s what it calibrated at from the start.

hasnt responded or stopped subscription
I have sent 2 emails to ask to stop my subscription and they haven’t responded. Whenever i try to cancel it in the app they don’t send a code to my email.
App uninstalled, alarm still there
I tried the free trial, it didn’t track my sleep and generally didn’t work for me. I cancelled my subscription and uninstalled the app yet the go to sleep alarm goes off every night. I can’t stop it and when i tried to reinstall the app to shut it off, it wont let me in without signing up again.

the app is nice but the price of the subscription is crazy, and unaffordable for most people
Better sleep and mood
I’ve been using SleepMaxx consistently for a while now and I have to say it has definitely got me on a route with the alarms. My favorite part thus far is the missions that have to be completed before the alarm can be turned off. Talk about accountability. My sleep has improved my moods are calmer I can tell a difference in my overall health.

this app worked for me for alittle but for personal reasons i have to delete the app and the customer service lady was so sweet and helpful and made cancellation 10 times better thank you so much Nicky your the best!

Unsure how to use
I like the concept and really hope the app takes into account circadian rhythms and chronotypes to make sleep work better for us. However I am having a hard time understanding how it gets our data. It says I slept great last night, and I definitely did not. I was awake in the middle of the night. I do not like that I need to manually log when I sleep.

Sadly, this app wasn’t for me and had some issues with communication. I called customer service and talked with Nicky and she was such a great help! She sorted everything out for me and canceled the subscription. I’m very appreciative for the help that was given and maybe in the future, I’ll give it another shot! Thank you guys!
