Can’t manage subscription
I made an account and the decided not to keep it since it’s expensive and I just don’t have the money. You can’t cancel. There’s no way to do it. I tried “managing my account” and it just sends me to a page that says I have no orders. And then I even deleted my account and it still tried to charge me a few days later. No I have no way to cancel and they are just going to keep trying to process on my card.

Tried to Renew after I cancelled
I canceled through the website but kept getting error messages, so I couldn’t confirm my subscription status. , then they tried to charge the full year price.

Honestly I really like the app and everything it has to offer, just too expensive for me. Would keep it if there was a monthly payment instead of annual. Nicky G did a fantastic job in helping me cancel my subscription. Very sweet and polite.

I set up an account because I wanted to see what my ideal bed time and wake up time was. I did a week free trial and was charged BEFORE the week was up. It is impossible to cancel the subscription and I am still being charged. I have called multiple times and not a single answer. Do not recommend if you want to keep your money

DONT DOWNLOAD IF YOURE NOT WILLING TO PAY
this app keeps charging my apple wallet over and over its been a month since i deleted both the app and my account yet it still tries to take money from me. i went in apple settings and the apps settings and they both didnt work to try to cancel.

Stupid app logged me out after two days and tried logging in via Apple ID and now it won’t let me log out and sign back in until I repay for another subscription as I’m trying to go to sleep. It looks like this is an ongoing issue that the developer claimed was resolved over a month ago but it’s not. Was trying to build up a good nighttime routine as I’m trying to get sober and I’m extremely frustrated with how my night has gone thanks to this app.

Unreasonable
I just started this app & the first result is ridiculous, showing that I need 8 hrs and 14 minutes of sleep. Meaning I’d have to go to bed at 8:30pm.
Difficulty to cancel
Been being charged for an app I’m not using and cannot get help with canceling subscription.

This app is bogus
After stating I am a parent of a newborn, this app told me my ideal bedtime was 5:08pm, and husband isn’t even home from work yet, I tried to take the quiz again and it said 5:08pm again, it also stated my ideal wake up time is 1:38 in the morning. Not sure what is going on with this app but something is off

Meh app, great customer support
The app was alright, I didn’t love it but I could see it helping people with a looser schedule, but the customer service was amazing, I forgot to cancel my subscription but they refunded me in less than an hour, super easy going!
Pretty good and helpful
I think it could be helpful it’s really good I need this for getting my sleep schedule back together for school. I think this is great.
Not worth the money.
I want to give it more than 1 star but I can’t. I’ve paid for the app and it’s an absolute waste of money so far. I see the potential it could be great. However it tells me my bedtime is like 2pm, when I work 8am-5pm everyday. That obviously does not work for me. It pull my past sleep history from my phone and that’s what it calibrated at from the start.

hasnt responded or stopped subscription
I have sent 2 emails to ask to stop my subscription and they haven’t responded. Whenever i try to cancel it in the app they don’t send a code to my email.
App uninstalled, alarm still there
I tried the free trial, it didn’t track my sleep and generally didn’t work for me. I cancelled my subscription and uninstalled the app yet the go to sleep alarm goes off every night. I can’t stop it and when i tried to reinstall the app to shut it off, it wont let me in without signing up again.
