9/10 but…

It’s good but I wish there were a bit more quizzes 👌

This is actually amazing

My experience has been amazing so far

Seemed useful but couldn’t access

I paid 99p for a month. Was finding it useful, but a few days in decided to cancel, incase I forgot later if I didn’t like it. Thought I would renew if I did. As soon as I cancelled, I should have still got access for the month, but an offer kept coming up that I could not get off the screen without accepting. I accepted it, to get it off the screen and immediately regretted it, felt forced into the purchase for a year, so cancelled again and currently waiting for a refund after filling out ‘right to withdrawal within 14 days’. Still can’t access the month I paid for, because offer is back again. I probably would have renewed, as found information quite good, but won’t now. Hoping my refund for £29.99 will go through without any problems.

Give it a try, however…..

I would have given this 5 stars if not for one minor thing. We will get to that in a second.

I love how this app gives you a guide to your up and down times. When to limit blue light, screen time, caffeine and even when your melatonin cycle is for that day.

The one issue I have is that this isn’t customizable for people who work nights or even a swing shift. If you sleep during the day you have to work through a loop with extra steps and it may not be accurate. I would have subscribed if it weren’t for this little issue which could easily be solved with an update. It’s a shame to see how many subscribers they may not get for not having customizable sleep schedules. It’s unfortunate.

Give a shot, just remember if you work nights, it’ll be a little bit skewed.

Don't skip the free trial, it's not worth paying for.

I paid $1 for a month, and I really wish I had just used the 7-day free trial first because I would have realized right away that it isn't worth it. The marketing and ads for this app are amazing, but the app itself is nothing out of the ordinary. It really isn't useful at all—it basically just sets a time for you to go to sleep and wake up, exactly like a standard phone alarm. The worst part is the notifications. The app will send an alert telling you your energy is dipping, and it plays psychological mind games with you where you suddenly feel exhausted just because it told you to. On the flip side, it will notify you that your energy is 'peaking,' yet you just feel completely normal. Don't fall for the marketing.
