Using this for a short time definitely helped me to sleep quicker and better. I hadn’t thought of breathing exercises for sleep, but after using their other app, thought I’d give it a go. Nice design and colours too for bedtime

This new sleep app is just what I’ve been looking for. A comprehensive ,informative app to help me sleep & relax with additional advice & hints in the short reads feature.The custom feature is a brilliant idea enabling me to create a tailor made exercise. I have tried both sleep & relax modules ,the graphics, colours ,sounds all contributed to soothing me into a feeling of quiet & peaceful relaxation.

Dreamy visuals
Lungy Sleep is wonderful. The dreamy visuals are beautiful and help create a relaxed mood, guiding your breathing at the same time. I love the choice of gentle background music or background noise. I was really surprised when I fell asleep before my 15 minute ‘deep noise’ selection had finished as it is not a noise I would usually select. A great end to the day, thank you
