App not working
My app is not working. I have deleted it and reinstalled it and it still won’t let me log in or choose to reset password. Whats wrong with it?

Nags for review literally every time I open it. I can leave the app foreground and just toggle my display off and on and it nags again
Not working
I have been using this app and bed for the past few years. The bed and app stopped communicating. I haven’t been able to get them to connect for the past 2 1/2 years.
Odd
It will not let me sign in and will not process anything couldn’t even start using it.

Aaks for Review Too Oft
Every time I switch back to the app, it pops up a spammy popup asking for a review.
It doesn’t work with an iPhone 16
Once I upgraded to the iPhone 16 Pro Max, I discovered that the technology would not work with my new iPhone. It only works with my iPhone 14. Please fix this issue ASAP
Kind of abandoned?
It’s been working for years but now it is glitchy. Few things more annoying when the alarm doesn’t go off when it is supposed to. What is more than that, is turning off the alarm before going to sleep because you have the day off and then getting woken up at the usual time. Tried to go through their website for feedback but got sent around in circles so here I am posting in the App Store.

Stopped working
This just stopped working and now I have to load a bunch of stuff.
Will no longer connect to internet!
The app was working fine until the bed decided to no longer connect to out home WiFi!
Disappointed
I can no longer login to the app due to an internet error. I tried reinstalling, connecting to wifi instead of mobile data. Nothing works.
Way too complicated for a 63-year-old
I can’t even figure out how to shut the light off on the bed or set my bed up on the app way too complicated for me
Doesn’t work
I’ve spent hours trying to reconnect after using for over a year. Will not find the AI cloud. Very frustrating
New Wi-Fi, now no function
There is nothing I can seem to do to reconnect my phone app, my bed control and my Wi-Fi. It keeps telling my my bed is not compatible with the app on my phone. Nothing changed except my Wi-Fi router from Spectrum to T-Mobile, that’s when everything stopped. Smart motion tells me it’s Beautyrest responsibility, beautyrest points to Smart motion. No help from either!

Sleep tracker AI
Worked good for a couple of years- until it didn’t. Don’t count on the company supporting their product for the future. My bed came with two processors- one of which never worked. The company offered no support whatsoever- and didn’t seem to care at all.
Does not work
The newest version will not connect to network.
