Poor do

It used to be quite good. However it’s not worth the £38 annual charge and the adverts are far too intrusive to make the app workable.
Deleted.

have to pay

Will show you like 5 recordings of complete bs then locks the rest and is like “soz mate it’s £17 a year for this” GURL💀

Sleep not logged

I took a nap. Longer than I expected because it’s 11:30pm. I wanted to see what time I laid down in the afternoon. My sleep wasn’t logged. It has happened before but I thought oh well. A lot of oh wells have now built up to make me wonder how well this works! I thought it was supposed to work anytime of day.

Sync issues

I have been using this app for a long time. However in the last few months, I have noticed it won’t sync with my watch. If I sync it first thing in the morning, it’s fine! But if I miss a day or two, that data seems to have disappeared. Can we fix that?

Ads in the paid version

The app was great they just billed me for another year and I get an ad when open that I have X out of and there is ad in middle of the app. Why am I paying if you think you need to run ads in your paid version?

Not free

It allows you to download for free but asks you to pay for a subscription for the data. I erased it very quickly

Sync issues

App won’t sync to previous days

They used to be OK

I was using this app under a subscription for a number of years. I found it useful. The app itself is OK. Unfortunately they have a number of account level issues. Number one is that their customer service seems to either be overwhelmed, or are off to summer camp, because they have not been responding to emails, except for their “we received your email” canned response. Their renewal system is substandard at best. Last year they had me renew my credit card info twice. Then at renewal, they said they didn’t have my CC info, so tried to charge me an extra $20 to reactivate my account. This year, they seem to be following the same path. Their website is amateurish at best. On the page for your credit card info, there’s no legal statements, no privacy and security info, or any kind of info or agreement how they will secure and use your CC info. They have very little branding on their website. It is so bad, that they don’t even use a background color. I’ve seen scammers with much more convincing websites. I have a valid concern because the cannot seem to retain my info properly, and won’t even respond to my enquiries.

Getting More Sleep

This has made a difference in my sleep habits. Getting more sleep has given me more energy and I feel less foggy in the late afternoon.

The alarm doesn’t work with the app

I bought the app, and everything worked perfectly for the first few weeks. However, after a while, the alarm stopped working whenever I use the sleep recording feature.

It seems that the iPhone considers the screen to be in use while sleep recording is active, and as a result, the alarm simply doesn’t go off.

I’m a bit disappointed, especially considering how much I paid for the app, as I’m unable to use such a basic feature: recording my sleep overnight while still having the alarm work in the morning.

Really? 🦠

The free version shows ads including a fullscreen advertisement saying that my “device had been hacked” and I need to click a link to “cleanse my computer”. You’ve got to be kidding.

Doesn’t work for me; no data appearing, just pause to refresh

Sorry to have to quit. I have my old sleep app on an old phone (SOS only) and my data appeared on that phone immediately. So, can’t be my watch! This is night 2 with nothing. Too bad, looks like a nice app. Troubleshooting tab doesn’t help.

Do not download!

I downloaded this app because it was recommended by a search to record myself as I slept. I used it one time! And cancelled. Then, I got a notification that they billed me $40! If you want a mid-tier sleep app and have a ton of money to waste, go ahead. If not don’t even do the trial because once they have your info they will bill your card whether they are supposed to or not. Then shunt you to Apple or Google to dodge any responsibility. Also, watch one of their ads, if you can, and tell me, does a good psychiatrist need to have an ad that causes you a bunch of distress to make you call them? No. Money grubbing pos’s

Doesn’t always track.

For instance sometimes I wake up in the morning. Do something and go back to sleep. It stopped tracking my sleep after that. Even tho I’ll sleep to 1pm on an off day.

buggy

doesn't always record my sleep

Not good

Every time I open app it goes to a greyed out screen with no ability to get off that screen. Totally worthless to me.

Never been able to make this work

I don’t understand how this app is ranked four stars. I installed the app and never seen what to do next. Apparently the only option is to record the noise you make while you sleep. I thought I could record something about the long list of parameters I accepted to be monitored about in the long multistep setting procedure . However No indication what to do next. So only + start. Ok start what? You have to keep your cell phone nearby. Never been prompted about installing the app on my Apple Watch. Still don’t know how. Finally I pushed START +. The user interface is confusing : you click start audio monitoring your night and there’s is no clear indication that you are monitored . A big button says slide when finished. “ finish what” I slid It anyway it says “how was your night?” (30 seconds night lol) ok it meant finish my sleep! Then No option to restart : the day was lost for the app. After a while the second day morning, it freezes and no way to get out. I uninstall it never been able to get one little piece of data about my sleep. Many option to invoice you I’m sure those works very well, but I will never know.

Rubbish

It just hangs. Don’t bother.

★★★☆☆ Not tracking my full sleep

I’ve been using SleepWatch since it first launched, and my biggest concern is that it no longer tracks my entire sleep period accurately. For example, I went to sleep around 11:00 p.m., woke up at 3:00 a.m., stayed awake for about an hour or two, then went back to sleep until 8:49 a.m. The app only recorded the first period from 11:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. and completely missed the second part of my sleep.

That is the main reason I’m giving it three stars. A sleep-tracking app needs to capture the full night, especially when sleep is interrupted and then resumes. I hope the developers see this and can explain why the second sleep period is not being detected or help fix it.

I had also forgotten about the snore-recording feature. I remember using it years ago and do not recall having to manually start and stop it each night. I also did not have Premium last year, so I am not sure when that changed. Overall, I like the app and have used it for a long time, but the incomplete sleep tracking makes the results difficult to trust.

Freezes Up

Like it but it keeps freezing up on “how rested do you feel” - it’s maddening so I’ll be deleting the app.
