Doesn't work as a tracker
When I set it to track using microphone, it reports zero deep sleep and when I switch to accelerometer, it says something like 6 hours of sleep and zero rem. Use it as an alarm but don't expect the tracking to work

They say they have a free version, but you have to give them your credit card for a “free trial that starts charging you. That is a scam.
Problems
Been having a lot of problems with the app lately, not quite sure what the heck is going on. Can’t seem to get the tracker to open anymore.
Decent, But Nothing Special
The app does the basics well and is easy enough to use, but it didn't really stand out to me. The interface is okay, and the sleep tracking seems decent, but I was expecting a few more useful features and a smoother overall experience. It's not a bad app, just fairly average compared to other sleep trackers.

It been great for a long time, but I have never been able to export data as the app crashes when I tap on the option.
Great, when it works
I’ve now used this app for a few months, usually stops working for about 3 days. Then suddenly it works again. I reboot my phone, I clear the ram, I’m a geek so I do all the necessary things. But yet, it still fails 3 days out of a 4 day work week. Considering it’s an app that I have PAID for, it is quite annoying that it only works part time, even after updating it, uninstalling it, reinstalling it. I have the latest IOS device and software, so I don’t know what else to do besides throw my phone at the wall now

No way to swap it for day sleepers
It’s only set up for people who sleep during the nighttime there’s no night shift settings but could be cool

I’ve had this app for many years and even when I switched to other apps I’d come back to this one. The freezing now is unbearable I shouldn’t have to keep a backup app in case this one doesn’t load. Today, the alarm just didn’t go off; it’s happened before but I really needed to be up early to have my day set up properly, so this was my last straw

loved it until..
loved it until its stopped working a couple months ago? was my go to alarm app and loved how it worked. but now everytime I try to set an alarm the app immediately shuts down and closes out. figured it was a bug but I keep checking for updates and nothing is coming:(

Inaccurate
Not accurate at ALL to my sleep. Worked well the first day, then for the next several it showed me as being awake for hours and then like registered ten minutes of sleep at the end. Not how it went down.
Worst app ever
They won’t let me stop my subscription and I have been trying for days now…
Didn’t measure my sleep
Only one out of the six nights that I tried it did it actually fully capture all of my sleep despite the fact that all of my other apps were capturing my sleep successful. No clear help instructions on this. So it’s a thumb down for me.
Keeps closing
When I try to set my wake up time range, it keeps forcing shut. Can’t even set up to try without force closing/crashing
