Trouble with call issues

I have used the application for quite while but this days very strange things happen the welcome offer the just pup up to the screen but if you need to cancel it doesn’t go away this must be address complaint guidelines for the store so what are you wait Apple QA team do this is embarrassing the Apple company

Thought was a solution but quite the opposite!
Customer service is almost non-existent. Too much chaos with the App, my calls only last ~2.5 min before somehow disconnects but still keeps on counting minutes. On one occasion I topped $10 only to disappear had to call for it to reappear after more than a month. Tried to reach out to them about the 2.5 min calls via WhatsApp and calling to no avail. Just being honest here …. The App is promising but as is for me right now it feels like a beta version … Slick Call needs to improve functionality of this app.

Disappointed with this App
I have always had one problem to the other with this app and when they so said fixed I test call and get same issue. Poor customer service, frustrating service, lots of try and let’s see. Better get out of here to save time and money.
Fake fake
Don’t not use this Slickcall. After a few weeks, you can’t make calls with your credit. When you call them, they will send you a link to delete app and download again but it doesn’t work. Don’t patronize them

I'm really frustrated with the service. I bought credit to call globally, but it never showed up on my account. When I tried to call, it said I had a zero balance. I reached out to support, and they told me to wait 24-48 hours, but my credit expires in 12 hours! I asked for a refund, but they said no. Super disappointed with this app, wouldn't recommend it." 😤

Not good
This app was great at first but right now is just worse, customer service is not good, they don’t rectify issues. I wouldn’t recommend this app at the moment unless there is a positive change, but at the moment I’m done with this app

It’s unfortunate that I can’t make a call and if I try call call customer service it can get through
Used to work well
It’s just a frustration with endless popup offers that are usually expired when you tap on them. But even the call function now works less than half the time! I’m trying to find another service!

To change a payment card should not be an inquiry procedure where I must proof my details first before allowed to
be given the option to change.
This have always been a self service issue especially when the card expired.
