$1 to unlock & .39 a min to ride

That’s pretty much all u need to know. Aprox $12 for 30min. $24 for an hour. That’s a little ridiculous. It’s a great concept & I like how they encourage & boast how economical scooters are for your city but make it too expensive for you to use.

Waste of money

Paid 15$ for daily ride pass, now unable to use it anymore because it says the ride pass is not available in my region. Would like a refund

Riding comfort

Need a shock absorber on the front but other than that, this is my first time on a scooter. I had a great ride. Need a more comfortable ride.

Fraude

We try to use it yesterday here in Miami and it was keep on saying denied and today we are dealing with the bank because it’s charging us about 200 when we didn’t even use it, Now we are dealing with the bank and not been able to spend more money here on vacation all because our card got blocked because this stupid scooter was stealing money from us last night to be honest this whole thing is ridiculous They should , shout this down to be honest, it’s very inconvenient and unprofessional

Why was I just randomly charged 10$ last month? You’re phone numbers don’t work and you haven’t gotten back to the emails. I finally was able to remove my card, but I just want to know why and is their any way I can get it back?! lol ridiculous
