Won’t take orders
The app doesn’t work. Says it won’t take my order and to check payment info and try again. Triple checked and multiple attempts later, no change.
Refund never received
Ordered meals through the app and had to have them redone multiple times because they sat and got cold while the female cashiers flirted with other customers. Finally, I asked for a refund and was told that they could not issue one since the order was placed through the app. I have reached out to CS several times with no response, and have yet to receive a refund…My sister also has the same issue.

Horrible App Experience
when the slim chickens first opened where I live I tried it out once but never went back as the employees were rude and it was disorganized. I saw a commercial for the 10 nugs deal and decided to try again as it’s been a couple years. Firstly- no matter what card I used the app said there was a problem submitting the order. After multiple attempts and reviewing my info for accuracy I decided to delete the account and reregister to fix the problem as there’s no obvious reason the app isn’t working. After deleting the account the app would not let me sign back up via apple so I used my email- then I was refused account creation again because my phone number is associated with my deleted account I’d had via Apple sign in. Phone is required so I’ve no way of creating an account. It’s a horrible user experience and I have never had a positive experience with slim chickens whether that was in store or in app- what a mess, very frustrating experience. Don’t waste your time with this place!! Also- the full app doesnt even fit my iphone se screen so the menu at the bottom of the app is illegible- just don’t waste your time with this business.

Pick up order
Everything was cold. I got there at my scheduled time. My food was on the counter (with a fly flying around it) to be put in a bag. I could understand if I didn’t open it for 10-15 minutes, but it was cold when I got in the car! Also, the chicken needs salt!
Extremely buggy.
Can’t really order delivery from this app - it just bugs out. Menu keeps popping up over and over, it’s impossible.

I love slim chicken and got the app for delivery! I was gonna pay and use my 4$ off and when I paid it refunded my money but took away the 4$ completely?? And I closed the app and can’t even get them back?
Point Expire Fast
You make me not want to visit because my points expire after a month. It is annoying to come here and always be starting over on how many points I have. This is why I go to chipotle. There you can point max to your hearts desire. Do better. Be like chipotle.
Beware: 3% Charge for using the app
We love Slim’s food. With a teenager, we are frequent flyers. but being charged a service chat for using the app is a racket. We just order at the restaurant and scan in the receipt for rewards.
Terrible
One of the worst food apps out there. They’ll definitely take your money for food, but good luck getting the app to work or give you rewards for your orders. I love the food and restaurant in general. I normally don’t leave app reviews, but I’ve been a loyal customer for 12+ years. Very disappointing when I’ve emailed about my issues over a month ago and haven’t heard anything back. Now I’m unable to use the app to order anything. I think I’ll take a break until my issues get resolved.

New App Broken
Can’t order online through the app anymore since the last big update.
Keeps giving me some error about “this location doesn’t accept credit cards” which is completely bogus because they do.
I order here all the time, but if I can’t order through the app and get the better deals there, then it’s kinda like being punished if I order anyway.

New unusable app!
Guess I will no longer be a slims regular. It’s ridiculous that you have to have a new phone for a fast food app.
Don’t get this app
The points that you earned by buying their food will expire. No other food place where we go will take your points away. I am now trying to delete my app and account with them, but there isn’t anywhere to make that happen. Don’t get stuck into something that you can’t get out of when you see their business practices are not upstanding.

1) Can't log out of app. Shows me waiting on order that's already been picked up. 2) Can't combine payment methods. 3) Half sweet half unsweet tea not an option which is an option on all other food apps.
Why obsolete the old users
I guess that the Slims app no longer works with older iPhones. I have an 8+. The Slims app tells me to upgrade to the newest version of their app, but apparently that requires the newest IPhone. I am not buying a new IPhone just so I can use the Slims app. All my other food apps still work just fine. No reason to exclude older iPhones
