The app doesn’t work well most of the time
Keeps my order showing
1) Can't log out of app. Shows me waiting on order that's already been picked up. 2) Can't combine payment methods. 3) Half sweet half unsweet tea not an option which is an option on all other food apps.
Why obsolete the old users
I guess that the Slims app no longer works with older iPhones. I have an 8+. The Slims app tells me to upgrade to the newest version of their app, but apparently that requires the newest IPhone. I am not buying a new IPhone just so I can use the Slims app. All my other food apps still work just fine. No reason to exclude older iPhones

Great food, bad app
Slim chickens food and service are great. Their app is frustrating. It autoplays a video in the upper 1/3 of the home screen every time you open it. Doesn’t seem like big deal unless you’re listening to music and the app takes over the devices audio. Just a silly design choice. Give us the option to turn this off. I’m already in the app ready to order. I don’t need a video playing to convince me.

Great food annoying app
Food is great, but ever since you introduced the videos playing it overrides any music or videos playing through Bluetooth. Either get rid of that or let us disable them.
So bad since the update
Since it was updated, I can not access to my account!

App doesn’t work and you have the nerve to charge a service fee to use it. Really missing the mark on customer service.
Please add lite ice and crispy fries
The app is great but there is no way to request lite ice or crispy fries when placing an order.

This app adds a fee to the price of the food. No, don’t do that.
App update has to be losing them business
The new app won’t let you sign in. It keeps saying I don’t have network connection or glitches out on the mandatory “chose your favorite location” screen. I had $25+ saved on the old app that I can’t access. I wanted wings today so I decided to just order without signing in to an account. It autoselected their latest available time for pickup, 9:15 pm, I placed the order at 5:45 pm and only saw the time issue once I arrived to pick up my food at 6:00 pm.

The workers there are so amazing always on the go and very fast with my order there so helpful and make my day so positive thank you slims ur strawberry jam is so good

App redesign was great but still no Apple Pay. I don’t like my cards saved in any app due to how many companies get hacked.
Now please add that and take out the audio ads that is high jacking my music. Like Apple Pay should have been the MVP over an ad. It overrides or lowers my music when I’m in the app and when I’m not. It’s annoying

New App Sign In With Apple ID does not work
If this gets fixed I will change my rating. It’s been broken for weeks.
Does not Work
I upgraded my app and cannot log in. I tried logging in several ways. It says invalid phone #, but I didn’t enter the phone # and there is nowhere to. I tried creating an account and on the 3rd page it says to agree to the terms without a means to do so (although I had to agree to them on the first page to move forward. I have been a customer a long time. Please debug your stuff before rollout.

New app won’t allow me to log in so going some place else. Why change something that wasn’t broke?
Just doesn’t work
Used to be an okay app, even though it was bad in a few ways (no way to ask for no ice in drinks and confusing menus that make it hard to not add on optional things), but now it just tells me to update to the newest version even if I uninstall and redownload it. Completely useless to me in its current state.

New update is awful
App won’t allow me to log in anymore after the recent update. Can no longer submit orders or anything. Terrible app.
Food good/app lacking
I like Slim Chickens but this app leaves much to be desired. First, check your prices because they add on an extra fee for using the app! You save money by NOT using the app and just ordering at the restaurant. Secondly, if you want to use the drive-thru, you also can’t use the app! The app allows in-store pickup only. Third, the app doesn’t fit into my phone screen. Poor design that doesn’t take different screen sizes into consideration. I’ll still eat at Slim Chickens and I’ll scan the receipts for points, but the app ordering experience is the worst in the biz.
