They always go above and beyond to make sure that my order comes out correct and in a timely manner, even when they are extremely busy with a line out into the street. I couldn’t help but acknowledge this while feeling compelled enough to leave a review for an establishment that fully cooks everyone’s food, no matter how busy they are. This place really cares about quality and customer service. I could see myself eating here every day. Thank you to the staff and the management for all that you do! P.S. The customer who always orders from the app and asks about the strawberry milkshakes 😋

I love Slim Chickens so fire. Usually get the chicken lightly tossed in the spicy. Just tried the Slims sauce , new fav but can’t go wrong with most of them. Key lime was great while it lasted. BBQ is on point . Ranch is on point. They fry so good I thought it was air fried when I discovered it wasn’t. Made to order. Better than the rest of the competition. Tender bites combo be coming through. Upon further research sucks they use soy oil but can’t have the best of all worlds all the time But chicken is fresh with simple ingredients unlike the other places with frozen chicken and a bunch of chemical ingredients. One of my go to spots consistently.

Best chicken in Florence
This is some of the freshest chicken I’ve ever had. We come here at least 2x a month if not more. Always hot fresh and friendly. I live in Darlington and drive here any chance I can.
Smoothest Food App
This app is super simple and doesn’t cause any confusion. It doesn’t constantly make you refresh or mess things up if you go in and out to make changes to order. Very simple, and great discounts offered.
Love but App stuck?
I love this restaurant. Always good food and friendly service. I got the app to order ahead. After place and picking up my first order, the app kept appearing at the top of my screen as if it was open (like if I had a video or timer in the background and it shows a little icon at the top as a reminder). I tried exiting the app, double checked that the order showed as complete, and even logged out. It would not go away, until I deleted the app from my phone. Once that is fixed I would love to continue using it.

The food here is incredible and the only thing better than the food is the sauces. The honey Pimento cheese and jalapeño sandwich is an absolute banger.
Wait times
I love slim chicken but the wait times in line are always sooooo long!
Won’t take orders
The app doesn’t work. Says it won’t take my order and to check payment info and try again. Triple checked and multiple attempts later, no change.
Refund never received
Ordered meals through the app and had to have them redone multiple times because they sat and got cold while the female cashiers flirted with other customers. Finally, I asked for a refund and was told that they could not issue one since the order was placed through the app. I have reached out to CS several times with no response, and have yet to receive a refund…My sister also has the same issue.

Horrible App Experience
when the slim chickens first opened where I live I tried it out once but never went back as the employees were rude and it was disorganized. I saw a commercial for the 10 nugs deal and decided to try again as it’s been a couple years. Firstly- no matter what card I used the app said there was a problem submitting the order. After multiple attempts and reviewing my info for accuracy I decided to delete the account and reregister to fix the problem as there’s no obvious reason the app isn’t working. After deleting the account the app would not let me sign back up via apple so I used my email- then I was refused account creation again because my phone number is associated with my deleted account I’d had via Apple sign in. Phone is required so I’ve no way of creating an account. It’s a horrible user experience and I have never had a positive experience with slim chickens whether that was in store or in app- what a mess, very frustrating experience. Don’t waste your time with this place!! Also- the full app doesnt even fit my iphone se screen so the menu at the bottom of the app is illegible- just don’t waste your time with this business.
