There is no way to close your account, and there is no way to remove your card info until your account is closed. Stay away from :)
Instead, just go to the website for the VA Toll roads and pay directly there.

Tollways

Does it cover all tollways in Virginia or does the driver have to be aware constantly if they are on a covered toll road or not supported tollway

Don’t do it.

It might sound like a convenient app, but if you have to return the rental vehicle early, you have absolutely no way to disconnect your card, and will continue to pay until the date you set up the original return. They don’t answer emails and phone customer service tells you just what I said above.

Love the idea but can’t set up account

This idea sounds great but after downloading the app, I can’t get my account set up. I have tried several times but don’t get the 6 digit code sent to my phone to creat my account.
Update to my earlier review:
Not sure why but it took several days to get the message that contained to 6 digit code to set up my account. When I did finally get the message, I got every message that I had requested all at once. When I realized that I had gotten the last message, I chose the last code and set up my account. Haven’t had a chance to use it yet, but it is now set up and ready to go.

Slight Glitches in App

I think this app is a great concept and I was pretty excited to download it. However, the initial set up became annoying. The verification text messages never came through after multiple attempts to resend the message. There doesn’t seem to be a way to bypass this part of the initial sign up. Quite aggravating and it set a bad tone for the overall enjoyment of the app.
