I think i've been scammed 😭😭
Okay so, I ordered NCT's Ay-Yo album (the digipack version) and it was taking SO LONG for it to be fulfilled. I waited like 2 weeks after paying and it still said unfulfilled. So I just requested a refund. I started a chat with the little SM robot thingy, and I wanted a refund. I requested one and i didn't get my money back within the time they said they would give it back. That was 2 weeks ago. So I talked to them again and stated my issue and they said they would reach out to me via email. They did, but they said they sensed fraud or some mess and they asked for photos of me holding my ID and photos for the front and back of my debit card. Obviously i'm not dumb enough to do that but I still want my money back. The email also said that my billing address was different from my shipping address. No it wasn't. I'm currently very angry waiting for them to reply to my email stating that I just want my money back.

Customer Service
This app is really nice when buying merchandises, it is easy and quick. The problem is with the customer service. App’s faq page will never load and always will be blank, and it takes ages to get a reply from emails. I hope this will be improved in close future

I’ve ordered a few things a while back and I was very satisfied with what I got but the wait is kind of long. One pre-ordered item had been delivered 5 months after I made the order. The wait was probably that long because it was a pre-order. But, besides the waiting, the items came in very good condition and were very nice.

i'm so happy there's an app for sm global shop now! i use the website a lot for preordering albums but having the app makes it so much easier and it's more convenient. the app is so user friendly and easy to navigate!
